If the management were more responsive I’d stay there again.

There is no complaint about the property.

We had problem getting access to the apartment initially. They didn’t send us a code after I paid their deposit and upon arrival nobody answered the text or call until an hour later. My family including 2 children were stuck waiting outside in the car in the dead of winter!

Superb

Good location. Several restaurants and a little market close by. Hosts were very responsive and took care of any issues we had right away.

The QR scanner outside wasn't working when we arrived and one of the other residents had to let us in. But the hosts addressed that issue promptly. Dishwasher wasn't working. Heat/AC controls were very difficult to figure out. Would be better with a different type of control or at least some directions on how to get it set. But it worked fine once we finally figured it out.

Very well located and convenient. Clean and very efficient entrance and exit as well as check in.

Definitely not meant for 6 people. 5 at most and even that is a little crammed. Lots of rules that kind of hit you as soon as you book and we had some plumbing issues. Bring your own pillows as the pillows there are small and stiff.

Dejlig ophold i Chicago. Superfin lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser

Lejligheden har en rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til transport til byen. 3-5 min. til metro. Gåafstand til mange seværdigheder. Bl.a. “Soldier Field”, Shedd Aquarium og Adler Planetarium. Derfra er der heller ikke langt ind til byen. Køb et ventra-kort til metroen. Nem og hurtig transportmåde. Der er en del rigtig gode restauranter og sports barer i området. 5-10 min. gang til China Town. Området er sikkert og forholdsvis roligt. Kan varmt anbefales og vil gerne komme igen ved en anden lejlighed. Der kan dog godt forbedres lidt ved rengøringen og det ville være dejligt med en lille brochure, hvor der står oplyst om affaldshåndtering mv.

War okay

Die Betten waren bequem, mit 4 Leuten ausreichend Platz. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und extra Zahnbürsten. Die Unterkunft war nah an der Subway Station.

Die Kommunikation war schlecht. Lange Antwortzeiten z.B nach der Adresse des Parkhauses oder für die Rückgabe der Bar hinterlegten Kaution. Im Gebäude selber riecht es stark nach Haustieren und Rauch.
