Bright 2BR Luxury Corner Suite with Optional Parking Sleeps 6 guests Near McCormick Place and Soldier Field

It was bright and clean. It was also easy to get to and quiet. I like the proximity to soldier Field and there were a variety of restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and we really like the big windows and the aesthetics.

The TV was on when we got there. And we thought someone was in the apartment so it was a little scary so maybe make sure that turned off from the cleaning people. Lol

Place was very nice and very cleanly. CTA trains easily accessible with a short walk, could use that as a point on your advertisement. All appliancs were pretty new and clean, another selling point. Only used the fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Most items you needed for cooking were provided. The AC works well but got chilly at times until I put the fan on auto. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the eating area at the kitchen eating bar. China town is just a short walk and plenty of other places around to get a bite to eat. Had Netflix which allowed us to watch some movies. Woman at front desk assited us getting in after we showed her our reservation and got things straightened out with booking.com.

No keys were required but hadn't received the codes to get in, apparently because I hadn't paid the deposit even though I had replied to an email telling booking.com to use the same CC that I had paid for our stay with. Never heard anything back for follow up on that so I assumed we had everthing we needed, only to find out that was not the case upon arrival. Street, elevator, and people coming and going noise could be quite loud at times while trying to sleep in the first bedroom on the left when entering the apartment, front of the building side. TV could use a sound bar for better sound. Netflix was a little difficult to use because all profiles already have owners with their interests. Might want to add a guest profile to Netflix so guests don't need to use what I assume are your families profiles. No baking sheets or cake pans to use the oven. Not sure on value, it seems a little steep for the south side but north side not far.

Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Would have like TVs in the bedrooms.

Location was great, about half a mile to Chinatown with many great restaurants and fun souvenir shopping. Apartment was clean and fresh. Each bedroom had its own bathroom- very convenient when preparing for the day. Parking across the street was safe and close. All the linens were provided. Entry instructions complete. Great selection of channels on flat screen tv, with comfortable chair and sofa.
