This townhouse is gated and has a parking spot! It was just as described, perfect spot for me and my Dad to go see the sights for the weekend. The staircase could be an issue as it makes a u turn and has small steps making it hard to carry luggage up & down. Traffic noise at night was as expected but something to keep in mind. Well stocked and clean!

We were in town for a sailing regatta and needed a place for some out-of-town crew to stay. This property was perfect! Clean and easy access to the waterfront.
The owner met me at the house for check-in. Of all the VRBOs I’ve stayed in, that was a first!

Very nice. Parking is a plus.
Stairs could be slippery if not wearing shoes.
The upstairs bedrooms could each use a luggage rack to place a suitcase.
