We loved our stay with my husband at Sofia Pyramids Hotel. The vie from the rooftop to the pyramids is amazing. They also make a maaad Kefta.
But our stay was definitely made amazing thanks to Salah who always went above and beyond. He booked us 2 amazing activities and always tried to meet our needs with our different demands. Amazing man really thank you again Salah !

Nice quiet location. Excellent staff. Very attentive and considerate throughout all sections of the hotel. Amrpakr, Mahmood, Sarah, Muhammed... I have forgotten other names but they were always ready to help in any way to make my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent driver for transfers who, although limited English, went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed between the airport and the hotel

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.
The mosquito nets let the insects through the door, so we all got bitten pretty bad! Also, the staff automatically added 10% to the final price despite the Booking.com saying all fees and taxes are included in the price. Let me warn you - expect to pay an additional 10%, because the staff will pressure you into it. Also, breakfast included does not include drinks - one needs to pay for all drinks separately. It would be helpful if that was marked on the Booking site to make it clear.
