Nice quiet location. Excellent staff. Very attentive and considerate throughout all sections of the hotel. Amrpakr, Mahmood, Sarah, Muhammed... I have forgotten other names but they were always ready to help in any way to make my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent driver for transfers who, although limited English, went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed between the airport and the hotel

It has been a pleasure to stay a week in this great hotel with a spacey room, wonderful food, superb outdoor area ...and a staff and manager always ready with a smile and all the help you could wish for. Salah, thx too you and the rest of the team for making my stay here a time I will never forget.

The property was amazing and clean and the exactly the roof it has a great view
The staff was very welcoming and I’d thank omar for his efforts the manager of the roof was very nice and helpful guy

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.
The mosquito nets let the insects through the door, so we all got bitten pretty bad! Also, the staff automatically added 10% to the final price despite the Booking.com saying all fees and taxes are included in the price. Let me warn you - expect to pay an additional 10%, because the staff will pressure you into it. Also, breakfast included does not include drinks - one needs to pay for all drinks separately. It would be helpful if that was marked on the Booking site to make it clear.
