The staff was very nice helpful and accomodating
They helped with tours and transportation
The bed was comfy with a balcony and view of the pyramids
The lunch was outstanding on the top floor outdoors with a full view of all the pyramids
FWI the free transportation they mention for a specific time frame is for only one way
To get to the airport is $30

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the pyramids just 2 km away. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted in arranging tours. I especially appreciate Omar and Abdul for their outstanding service.
