This is my second time staying here. That should say enough. However, the place is cute and cozy. We love the animals minus the cats. We love the fireplace and the ability to walk to property. The ability to fish is a great bonus. Love having farm fresh eggs!
The only negative would be the cats. They are persistent and we just don't enjoy them. I'd love to be able to catch and cook versus catch and release. Both very personal negatives. Overall everything was great, just like last time!

The unit was clean and well equipped. The view was awesome. It was close to Letchworth State Park.
It would have been nice to meet the owners at least once, The goats ate our atlas. I guess we didn't know that goats would eat non food items.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere, the breathtaking natural views, and how cozy and welcoming the guesthouse felt. Everything was clean, well cared for, and surrounded by beautiful nature.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way.
