Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice, very spacious. The door was unlocked when we arrived. The white microwave in the kitchen doesn’t work and the black microwave was locked up so it couldn’t be used. Bedrooms that are facing the water get very hot in the afternoon but the house comes with plenty of fans which was super nice.

The house was a great size. We did have some issues that were fixed promptly by the property manager. It was well stocked and very clean.

We couldn't get the lockbox openand it took hours for someone to respond with the correct code.
We also had no upstairs air conditioning for 2 days of our stay. I was on the phone trying to get in contact with owner to send someone. The nights were uncomfortable to sleep those 2 nights.
The location was great and the home was very spacious for our 11 people.
Bring beach toys and chairs because non were available at this property
