"Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (discounts on 30+ days bookings). You will stay in a spacious 1,700 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house is ideal for families and couples gatherings and friends retreats and pets are welcome. King size bed with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (one with full size bottom bunk bed) in the 3rd bedroom. An additional queen size sleeper sofa is available in a living room. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Cable and high speed WiFi, 58-inch TV, DVD/CD player (and a collection of DVDs), access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Plenty of board games and cards and selection of books are provided for your entertainment. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family and pets. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water's edge and get in the morning jog on an endless private beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!

The house was nice and looked well equipped. We were only there for one night and was really only in the house to sleep. It served the purpose.

The stay was great, the location was great, one block from the beach. He were able to grill some food and have a great time on the deck. House was big enough to accommodate all of us (8) and still had room for more. Host let us check in a little earlier which was great as we did not want to be caring our luggage around. Thanks so much!
