In contrast to some of the reviews, we had an amazing stay overall. I think in any property there is potential for hiccups. The home was clean, lawn manicured, trash receptacles had been emptied. This property is steps away from the beach. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our party of 10. The temperature in the bunk room and extra bedroom was a bit higher than in other parts of the home however other parts were well cooled. This home has amazing views from every room. If you have kids, bring beach toys with you. Overall, amazing stay.

Property is basically about 150 feet from the beach with a great view of the ocean. It is not very busy but also only about 10 minutes to pleasure pier area. Multiple beds , TVs ,a small media room, WiFi included.
Property has a high end ambience with modern fittings and a fantastic master bath!
Highly recommended..

A lot of the doors don’t open or shut. House wasn’t very clean. Picture were a little more generous than reality. Only 5 forks in the whole house and about8 towels for 12 people. But maintenance was prompt for the broken kitchen faucet
