Book your 5 bedroom executive home for the first 30 days with the added option to "extend your stay and pay monthly" for a long term stay: however, subject to availability, seasonal rates and lease agreement.

Modern Comfort: Our newly built rental homes boast contemporary amenities, open floor plans, modern kitchens, granite counter tops, clean and inviting LVT flooring, wet bar, spacious and multiple common areas with large screen TVs, high-speed internet, washer-dryer inside the home and well-appointed private and en-suite baths and bedrooms each with own in-room TVs.
3. More comfortable than a Hotel: And at a fraction of the cost when compared to similar booking for four or five hotel rooms! No added parking fees, no stress, easy commute and open stalls for larger trucks. Escape the congestion of city streets, noise and move to our gated, clean, fully furnished homes overlooking lush golf course fairways and discover the perfect balance of business, pleasure and the time-saving convenience of being close to JBPHH military bases.
Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available along with additional street parking for larger vehicles. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas however, are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods some construction related traffic may be occurring along the street side of the property.
Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 month and one year leases. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will show a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) upon booking. Furnishings may vary from home to home and displayed photos in the ad may not reflect the actual furniture of the rented home.

This amazing home was such a treat for our crew, being home for months at a time away from their own families… the least we could do was put them up in a beautiful home such as this! What a great experience. Me man 3 co-workers stayed in this amazing place for 4 months and by the time our job was over none of us wanted to leave. Great location, only 10-15 minutes away from everything you need yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy quiet nights and great golf course fews

Location is perfect for acting as a starting point for your Hawaii trip. You can get to most parts of the island within a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. Clean home, stocked well, and safe area. Being just off the golf course is a nice touch as well.
