Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available, and additional street parking for larger vehicles is available. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded.
Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with six month to one year leases available. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will have a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) imposed. We have a large crew from the states on a job in Hawaii so instead of your normal hotel stay (in such a beautiful place) we decided to rent units from VRBO, our host were truly amazing from start to finish! I could not have asked for a better host, from extra information/spreadsheets needed for our company billing to things as simple as WiFi issues.. Jeff and Jamie were amazing! We were there for about 7 months and not one time did we not have what we needed or support from our host! The accommodation were immaculate and truly 5 stars! Would hands down bring my own family out to stay and hope to get back out here soon whether for work or personal travel! Thank you Jeff and Jamie for such a great stay for our guys!

Our group had 4 adults and 4 teenage kids and the accommodations provided sufficient living space for us to socialize and have downtime away from each other. The multiple levels with ensuite baths/showers in 4 of the 5 bedrooms was a convenience along with the two living room spaces. The additional washer/dryer on the bottom level and frig along with the other items helped us enjoy our stay. The wifi and appliances all worked well, and it was an overall comfortable condo.
The owner was very professional, responsive to inquiries, and helpful with our requests. I would stay at the property again.

I had a project at the Honolulu airport that needed several mainland staff to come and work for over a month on. After contacting Jeff and Jamie about their executive properties they were able to accommodate the entire team. The service and attention to detail was amazing. When visiting Honolulu make every effort to call early to reserve one of their properties. Great value and Hosts!
