Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available, and additional street parking for larger vehicles is available. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods "CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES" may be occurring at the street side of the property.
Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 to 12 month leases available. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will have a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) imposed. Furnishings may vary from home to home and displayed photos in the ad may not show the actual furniture of the final rented home.

We recently rented this unit for a family stay as we transitioned to another home from off island and needed a place for a family of 5 within a convenient area of Oahu.
There was plenty of space to stretch out and the amenities of the unit were very nice. Our unit we rented also had views of the golf course and felt safe and secure. Management was on it and the check in process was a breeze!
I highly recommend considering a stay here if you're in need of an extended stay on Oahu.
