Very quiet home on the water. Very clean. Thoughtfullly organized with amenities. We enjoyed the beautiful Sunsets.

Photos of property are accurate. House is very clean. Great layout with master upstairs, and on the level below two bedrooms on one side and one bedroom on the other side of house. Worked well for our group of adult kids/grandkids. We loved this location. Private yet close to store for groceries and there are chain type stores as well as restaurants just down the road a bit. Owner is very responsive and left very thoughtful gifts for our group. Would definitely rent this property again. Great stay!

Our family needed a little getaway but at the same time wanted a place that we could spend some quality time with our each other as well...this was the perfect place!
The home itself is beautiful. It is very spacious but not too big that everyone seemed distant. The overall appearance of the home was very clean and is nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed having their own room with a tv and stereo system in it as well.
The kitchen had all the imitates needed to cook with. The living room area had plenty of space for everyone to sit together and watch some movies or enjoy some family game time with a few of the games that are provided.
Outside, the yard is well maintained with even its own little beach. We highly enjoyed the patio area. There we were able to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun and if we needed some shade we could just open the canopy and not have to move our chairs at all. The outdoor cooking area is awesome. It was so nice that we even cooked breakfast outside one morning. From the comfort of our chairs we could safely watch the kids swim in the water, catch fish off the dock or even take a ride on the kayaks. We were visited a couple times by a passing dolphin or two on the hunt along with a manatee grazing on the sea grass.
When we wanted or needed to go somewhere, we didn't have to travel far. Wether its visiting the mermaids in Weeki Wachee, taking a hike down the trails at the Weekiwachee Preserve or eating out, there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by.
Overall, this was by far the best vacation we've had a family and we will definitely be back.
