This lovely family townhouse in Punta Mita has a great location overlooking the Pacifico Golf course. At the heart of the Punta Mita Development, you are in the perfect spot to access all the privileges that come with the premier membership you will enjoy when you rent this luxury home.

The house was as promised, amazing , in all regards . Maggie the housekeeper kept it immaculate. We had a problem with a leaking AC unit , and they were on it immediately. Amenities of the property give many options , all of which are great….. especially the beach at Kupuli. Food was outstanding at all clubs . All service people were friendly and outgoing. Only suggestion is to provide a map you can read. You receive one upon arrival but too detailed and finding your way is tough in the beginning . The town is adorable with big shoutouts to restaurants Mina and Rustic Inn( Italian).We hope to return since all was as promised….A great place to relax w family.

We’ve visited Punta Mita many times over the years and have enjoyed the location of Las Palmas the best amongst the many we’ve tried. The duplexes in Las Palmas feel like private homes, opening up to the golf course and ocean views with private pools for the family to enjoy. The layout of #2 is nice in that each bedroom is off of the main courtyard, providing privacy and an open layout. The unit has recently been remodeled with a great entertaining spaces inside and out. The concierge Julia was the best we’ve had thus far and the housekeeper made us a wonderful breakfast made to order each morning . We would definitely stay at Las Palmas #2 again.
