Welcome to Casa Libre, a large tree-top villa nestled in the palm trees behind the exclusive gates of Punta Mita, Mexico. If you`re looking for a beach holiday, this is the perfect destination for you.
Casa Libre comes with the Premier membership, which includes access to 5 private beach clubs, a 4-person golf cart and 6-person golf cart.
From the moment you walk through the doors of Casa Libre, you`ll be transported to paradise. The living area seems to be floating, looking out to an incredible view of blue sky, the sparkle of water from the pool, palm trees, and slivers of the ocean. The outdoor space off the living area is truly special, with covered outdoor dining for 12, perfect for family meals or entertaining. It also includes a gas grill and granite serving area with a pass-through window to the kitchen.
The patio area, including a plunge pool, is nestled high in the palm trees, catching the cool breezes and the sounds of the local birds and surf. It is extremely spacious with several cozy seating areas and 3 umbrellas for shade. The sunsets are truly special, as well as watching the moon rise and star gazing.
Casa Libre is perfect for families or larger groups, with four large bedrooms, each with its own outdoor sitting area or patio. Lower level bedrooms walkout to a private yard. There is a large TV den with a 70` Smart TV with streaming services and giant lounge bed for relaxing and chilling after a day in the sun. Smart TVs with streaming services in 3 bedrooms, living area, and TV den. Smart TV with streaming services in the main living area and TV den for news, sports, etc. UV drinking water system, 3 times filtered.
Also new addition : adjustable height basketball court and kids sized basketballs available for use.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

This was the perfect vacation for our family. Everything from the perfect villa to the communication and help from Pedro was exceptional service. The golf carts made getting around Punta de Mita absolute perfection. The home was beautiful and comfortable, and their beds were extremely comfortable. Miriam provided excellent services. We loved going into town at night and eating at the different restaurants. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this villa to all of our friends and family.

This was a beautiful property, especially well decorated and clean. The outside shower in the master suite was a first for me and was a fun experience. Claudia's cooking was outstanding and Rosa kept the home looking good even with our large family. The two available golf carts was what helped us chose this home originally as with the beach clubs being spread about it was the only way to efficiently move about when traveling with an infant. Fernanda helped out beautifully with our reservation, transfers, grocery shopping and many last minute request. We will be back again

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Libre for Spring Break! The layout of the house is great for two families with rooms both up and downstairs. Claudia was an amazing housekeeper and chef for breakfast. Maria took care of all of our reservations and plans, she was wonderful! There were a few minor issues with showers/tubs, but the concierge addressed them. I would recommend this property!
