Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the condo, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Please note the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time time due to the configuration.
$50 USD +19% per night extra guest fee for group above 8 guests
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for bookings.
All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
If you wish to use the 6 seat golf cart included in this rental you will need to agree to a $2,000 USD on site security deposit that is 100% refundable assuming no damage.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

Our group of nine (two different families) stayed five nights, and we had an incredible time. The house worked perfectly: kids in the bunkroom, a couple in each of the other two bedrooms, and a nanny who came with the other family.Pedro was a first-class concierge, and Leo was truly outstanding - doting on our kids and babies, making incredible breakfast every day, and ensuring that every need was met. Punta Mita is also an incredible gem. We loved the beach clubs, golf, food (both inside the gates and out). We will 100% come back next year.
