The house exceeded my expectation. We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and brought my 13 year old son. He was occupied by the games in the laundry/sun room and the backyard was great from grilling to being able to practice pitching for the tournament. The location is central to everything in Arvada. The host sent communication and personalized it knowing we were there for softball. A big thank you!

My sister and I traveled to Denver to see our kids and grandkids. We chose this property for the location since it was central to all the places we were visiting. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures on the site are very accurate. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. There were stores and restaurants close by (I need to have a Starbucks and it was only 3 minutes away!). I stayed in the primary bedroom and it was very comfortable. My sister stayed in the other bedroom with the queen bed and her only complaint was the memory foam mattress and pillows were rather hard and a bit uncomfortable. But that could be a personal preference! I would recommend staying here for sure.
