Welcome to our "Mid-Mod Marvelous Mansion of Merriment!" This luxurious, sprawling ranch style Airbnb is so stylish, even the furniture is considering a career in modeling. We spared no details, but we did spare a few feelings—mostly those of our envious neighbors who wish their homes were this fabulous.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.
Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and immediately after use.
No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.
We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500

This place was perfect for our group. There were several different hangout areas in the home and lots of entertainment. We had so much fun exploring olde town Arvada. There were plenty of great restaurants, breweries and places to shop. I would 100% recommend the Eclectic Mid-Mod to anyone planning a visit to Denver. Five stars!

Spent a long weekend at this property with friends. Check-in process was very simple, the house was very clean, the amenities were fantastic, and the nice decor for the house added to the experience. Host was quick to respond when we had questions.

The house was great for our group - plenty of room for every one to relax and hang out. It was nice to have a large dining table that we could all sit at together for meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and hot tub
