About this house rental
“Nora”, our holiday house, is located in Agios Spiridon on Corfu’s north-east coast, close to the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi (5 km) and Kassiopi (6 km).
The house stands on a 3,500m 2 plot and consists of only two holiday apartments, Sea Breeze 1 and 2.
Surrounded by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea, Antinioti Nature Reserve and Mount Pantokrator, our holiday house is a very good choice for nature lovers, sun worshippers, swimmers, hikers and walkers, riders and joggers.
Enjoy the lovely pool and the spacious area around it for relaxing, with parasols and sunbeds, barbecue area, pool shower and garden furniture, as well as views of Mount Pantokrator and the sea.
Each apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, SAT-TV, outdoor hot/cold shower and own parking space. Directly in front of the apartment is a large, covered terrace with an additional seating area for outdoor dining, loungers and a large parasol.
The two sandy beaches of Agios Spiridon, just 10 minutes’ walk away, slope gently into the sea and are especially suitable for children. Also within walking distance are a supermarket, a travel agency with car rental, various tavernas, horse riding, a small snorkelling paradise and the unique nature reserve. Picturesque footpaths and hiking trails are close nearby.
Our house is also perfect for the colder seasons as it is equipped with underfloor heating.

The service fee costs € 70.00 and is payable on site. There are no further costs.

We spent 8 nights at Nora’s delightful Ferienhaus in mid-February. The location was perfect for exploring the north and west sides of the island and within a short drive all the way back to Corfu Town if desired. It was peaceful and quiet in the small town of Agios Spiridon (in fact, it being winter everything was closed) but the nearby larger town of Acharavi had more than enough groceries and cafes open, only an eight-minute drive away. We were the only guests, so it was exceptionally quiet at the guesthouse. Nora was extremely helpful and friendly; we enjoyed her company very much. Her recommendations for restaurants, walks, etc were very correct. The guesthouse itself was very spacious for the two of us and the kitchenette was adequate. Although it was a bit cold, the terrace was lovely for looking out over the grounds with wildflowers and olive trees. The wifi streamed at .7 mbs upload and 17 mbs download according to Speedtest, which was sufficient for our purposes. And, this being winter, the heated floors were awesome! Thank you Nora for being such a wonderful host!

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Close to mountain biking which my teenage grandson enjoyed with S cycles and close to many beautiful beaches and only 5km from amenities in Acharavi. Nora is a very welcoming host.
