The price was good and being able to bring our dog was great. Location was good and the neighborhood was quiet. Thevapartment suited our needs very well.

I totally enjoyed my stay at this location. It was super cozy and comfortable. It also was very clean. I loved the old yet updated feel of this duplex. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was only 20 minutes from my family’s house and I found it easy to navigate getting to different venues for my nephews wedding events over the weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed.
Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed.
Additional Cons: The couch needs to be replaced, there were literally visible stains.
The POC Seth was not very responsive.
There was literally one maybe two hangers available.
No Additional towels, washcloths, extra sheets, covers available.
No Parking instructions were provided.
Pros:
Decent location
Quiet neighborhood
Athough old, it's a spacious apartments with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
Memory foam bed.
