The location? Fantastic. You’re minutes from downtown, OTR, Hyde Park, and Mount Adams. Hungry? Amazing restaurants are steps away, and a live jazz club with real talent. Even Skyline is a block away, because Cincinnati.
Stay here for historic charm, an amazing bed, modern comforts, and a prime spot to explore the city.

Being an old home, there is no traditional laundry room so we have placed a washer and dryer in the basement. This is primarily intended for people staying more than a few days who will need access to on-site laundry. Please note it is not the most convenient solution, but the only one we had given the structure.

The apt was fine. Bathroom is tiny. I had a lengthy stay so short term renters probably would be okay with it. Not happy about washer/ dryer situation. Kinda sketchy. Wish there had been some outside space. Overall it served its purpose.
