This charming 1 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated to welcome visitors to Cincinnati! Pleasant Ridge is one of Cincinnati`s most desirable neighborhoods for families and young professionals. It`s centrally located with quick connection to all major highways, plus only 10 minutes from downtown. We highly encourage you to spend some time in the Ridge as there is a vibrant, walkable area of bars and restaurants that promises a fun night out!
The apartment`s design choices are light and airy, giving the space a relaxing and clean appeal. It`s cozy bedroom features a high quality queen mattress and black out curtains to ensure good rest. The apartment`s bright kitchen is well stocked should you want to cook a meal or store your leftovers from one of the neighborhood`s hotspot eateries.
The unit is #1 within a 4-unit building. It has a private entrance off it`s own small patio (bottom floor unit). The main road the property sits on can be congested at peak hours of traffic, but is not typically noisy in the evenings.
