This Delightful 2 Bed, 2 Bath Condo is spacious for your family of 7. It features a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig & Drip coffee pot. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed and private full bath w/tub & shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a Pyramid bunk with a queen and a single. The Hall Bath offers a tub & shower combo. The Living Room provides a Queen Sleep Sofa. The over-sized balcony is great for relaxing and enjoying side views of the ocean and bay. The owners provide a storage bin located on the balcony that has 6 Beach chairs, 2-umbrellas and sand toys for Guest to use. Wifi, cable , 3- TV's (2 are smart tvs), washer & dryer, central air provided for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Building Amenities include: Elevator, outside faucet & luggage carts in parking garage next to elevator & 2-assigned parking spots. Don't miss out on this adorable condo.
Guests need to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. There is a designated smoking area in the alleyway. Violators can be fined.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

This was the third year we stayed at this property and we love it. Perfect location and the improvements the owner has made over the years keep making our stay better. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! Can't wait to stay again next year!

Nice place to stay. We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival so we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. The beach was beautiful. Easy check in and check out.

Nice and clean unit, comfortable bed and furniture, and everything provided in the kitchen. Good to have a drip coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. There is a hair dryer provided so maybe add that to the amenities list. Plenty of towel racks, which is great too. Only minor complaint is bad lighting in the bathroom. Nice unit and it was great to have everything we needed!
