Located on the 2nd floor this unit offers a large balcony which can be accessed by the living room or the master bedroom. The Wight Bay complex offers a beautiful outdoor pool community pier and bay views galore! You will feel right at home weather you are enjoying the bay views from your private balcony or relaxing in the open living room. Boat slip rentals are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Wight Bay community. Coastal will happily provide contact information for Guests to inquire with the community directly.

We enjoyed staying here. The location, parking and condo room space is great.
The only complaint is that the water heater is extremely insufficient. The condo sleeps 7, we only had 4 and we all had to space out our morning (5 min!!) showers so that everyone had (warm, not hot, showers). The first couple days were terrible shower experience days until we realized the water heater is way to small for accommodating any more than 2 people. Hopefully this can be updated as we would like to stay here in the future but definitely not if the current water situation isnât addressed.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The place is decorated beautifully and the location and view are great. There were some issues we brought to the property managerâs attention on day 1, though, and nothing was done. The sliding door of the master bedroom didnât open, there was a broken closet door and there was no coffee pot. Every morning I had to hold a knife on the drip section of the coffee machine so the coffee would fall into a small sauce pot. It would have been great if the property manager brought a replacement. Overall, however, we enjoyed our time and thought the property was quite nice.

6 adults and one child, room was clean at first glance and then more and more it became clear that the cleaners werenât doing their jobs. A lot of surfaces especially around the cooking area were caked in dust and dirt. We had to clean everywhere before we felt comfortable. Over all the room was nice but could use some updates, even when it was clean it still looked dirty. The worst part about the condo is the layout (no fault to owner, should have done more research) Sleeps 8 but the two bathrooms are room locked in the two bedrooms. So even if you had privacy in your bedroom the guest on the futon have to open your bedroom door to use the bathroom. For a smaller group 4 people this would be no issue but it got annoying throughout the night when you needed to interrupt someone to use the bathroom. The location is perfect midtown and walking distance to everything we needed, and the property staff was very nice and helpful. Condo how ever should come with two parking passes for a place that sleeps 8.
