Menard Park offers family-friendly fun, just a half-mile from home, and you can also explore shops, art galleries, restaurants, and even a Saturday farmers market on Historic Canal Street, just a few minutes away. You'll also be just a short drive from New Smyrna Beach.
The bright, single-level floor plan features an open layout designed for group gatherings and all the contemporary home essentials you need for carefree vacation comfort. After the day's adventures, whip up a bite to eat in the well-equipped full kitchen and unwind with a board game or some casual conversation in the living room. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the must-have home amenities.

The house is recently re-done and very cute. Really enjoyed our stay and convenient to the boat ramp. A little close to the gas station, but overall a great stay.

This home is excellent. Had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and towels. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots pans needed. Very clean! Lovely large washer/dryer. The beds were comfy with nice pillows. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay very much. Great spot. Thanks!
