The home has been fully renovated and boasts an open-concept living and dining area. The living room is a restful oasis. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite shows while the fireplace keeps you warm. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island, and all the necessary gadgets. So, when you’re not in Hot Springs eating like a local, you and your loved ones can cook delicious meals together.
Outside, not only will you have direct lake access, but you’ll also have a covered and uncovered deck, swimming pool, sauna, and covered boat slip space for your enjoyment. Enjoy leisurely days swimming in the pool while gazing out at the stunning lake views. With views this great you’ll never want to go back inside. When the sun goes down make use of either of the two firepits to provide a warm glow while you enjoy one another's company.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Roomy & beautiful prime main channel location on lake. Met our space needs but not total expectations due to multiple service issues (nonworking freezer causing perishable food needing replacement; bathroom outlets tripped & nonworking before completion of stay; geese defecating in & around pool causing it to be unusable most of stay. Management staffer did respond to our request immediately via text & in person to assist regarding freezer situation which was most helpful.

The weather did not cooperate on our trip, but the gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton from the huge windows of this home made it more bearable! Truly one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed in. I hope to be able to return.
