About this house rental
Beautiful Lake Hamilton Waterfront home situated on almost 1 acre of landscaped yard. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 12). Double boat dock with lifts available. Very conveniently located off Airport Road, near groceries, restaurants, fast food, donuts, liquor stores and more.
We are excited to share our "Happy Place" with you! The moment you drive up, the lake view will be waiting! You can enjoy the water even as you unpack! When you walk in, be prepared... the view will take your breath away! It's all windows and ALL LAKE VIEW from almost every room in the house! So, no matter what the Arkansas weather brings or how your mood shifts, you will get to enjoy the water! The home is situated on almost an acre of beautifully landscaped property! It's perfectly positioned for privacy and easy living. Spend your days and nights with your family and friends on one of 2 outdoor patios (upstairs and down), both with FULL gorgeous views of the lake. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs, you will enjoy the open floor plan, kitchen and living space with plenty of seating, conversation areas and a large dining table.There are 2 outdoor living spaces (both upstairs and down) to enjoy. The master is off the main living area with a king bed and attached bathroom with large jacuzzi tub, shower, double vanities and walk-in closet. The patio is right off the back of the house for maximum lake view and fluid indoor/outdoor living! The outdoor area has a sofa, chairs, large dining table and propane barbecue for your all day relaxing.
Downstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room, separate living area and another outdoor porch. The second bedroom also has a king bed and is attached to a bathroom. We have a bunk room downstairs with a set of Full and Twin bunkbeds. Lastly there is a memory foam sleeper sofa for more sleeping options. All beds are new and top quality memory foam, including bunks! Enjoy the lower deck area with a large swing and table and chairs!
Our focus was comfort! We wanted light and airy aesthetics, comfy furniture, great beds (memory foam mattresses), quality linens, a stocked kitchen and place that felt like home when we walked in. We hope you feel like we’ve accomplished just that during your stay!
We currently have 2 boat slips with lifts available in our boat dock. There is a swimming ladder off the back end of the dock and it's perfect for swimming to cool off! And the yard has endless opportunities for running around and laying out!
A few more things to note:
We have Wi-Fi through out the house and SMART TV’s with Roku in both Living areas (upstairs and down) and both King rooms.
We have ample parking for a group.
We are 8 miles from Oaklawn Casino.
Please note this house is most suitable for a large family or 2 families with kids. While the beds sleep 12, 6 adults and the rest children will likely be most comfortable fit from our experience.
