The “NordseeResort Friesland” offers comfortable vacation accommodations in an idyllic location on the dike with a view of the sea. The Upstalsboom "feel-good" vacation home, sinf01, designed in a Scandinavian style, features a wood-burning stove, sauna, and whirlpool tub. With 5 rooms, a spacious 115 square meters, and two balconies, it accommodates 6 people.

The Location
This end-of-row house is situated directly on the North Sea dike in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig and extends up to the second floor. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 meters away. In the surrounding area, you’ll find plenty of shopping options, cozy cafés, and restaurants—all easily accessible on foot or by bike. For a little adventure in between, check out the water ski lift in Hooksiel with its sunny terrace.
Our family tip: A guided mudflat hike is a lot of fun and shows you the North Sea at its most exciting!


Amenities This family-friendly vacation home features free Wi-Fi and includes three separate bedrooms, a high-end bathroom with a sauna, balcony, shower, and bathtub, a guest restroom, and a covered balcony overlooking the dike all the way to the North Sea, as well as an idyllically situated terrace.
The home’s upscale amenities include, among other things, a fully equipped open kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; a dishwasher and freezer compartment; a flat-screen TV; a hi-fi system; a DVD player; as well as a sauna, a whirlpool tub, a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), and a washing machine.
You can book a crib and a high chair for an additional fee upon request. A stair gate is provided. You’ll find beach toys in the house.
