Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy meals and socialize.
The wood-burning stove will add to the cozy atmosphere. It may only be fueled with wood briquettes!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol. You’ll also find two lounge chairs in the storage room.
At the front, it seems to float above the Graft.

The first floor offers two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.
The master bedroom is equipped with a TV.

The loft, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cozy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offers the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.

A storage room is available outside for your bicycles. Two folding bikes are available for free use.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot at EDEKA.

Neither bachelor/bachelorette parties nor similar celebrations/parties/events are permitted in this accommodation.

This house has its own satellite system. This allows you to easily access a wide variety of popular channels on the available TV sets.
Furthermore, the vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent internet reception on all floors.
