Through a small entryway with a coat rack and a children’s coat rack, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided. You’ll also have access to an air fryer, a SodaStream, and a Qbo capsule coffee machine from Tschibo.

Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy socializing in addition to meals.
The wood-burning stove will contribute to the cozy atmosphere. The stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!
Books and games are available for “young and old.”

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.
At the front, it overlooks the Graft.
A lockable annex—for example, for your bicycles—adjoins the house. Guests arriving without a bike will find a so-called “bread-run bike” here for the morning trip to the bakery.

The first floor offers two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a modern shower, bathtub, and in-house sauna.
A children’s stool and a bed rail for the little ones are provided.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.

The loft with access to the loggia is a wonderful place to retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cozy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offer the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

The bedroom windows and the terrace windows on the first floor are equipped with fly screens.
Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot at EDEKA.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations, parties, or events are not permitted in this accommodation.
