Charming Bungalow near the heart of Gulfport. Short Drive to Gulfport Beach Blvd, breweries and restaurants. Plenty of free on site parking. TV internet & Comfy furniture is all yours to enjoy. Centrally located in the city within short drive to both trendy downtown St Pete or St Pete Beach - #1 ranked beach in America by trip advisor in 2021. Feel like to home with all amenities on site such as full kitchen & laundry at your convenience. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath each room is equipped with a queen bed, towes, beach towels. You will be able to access the entire home, It also has plenty of parking spaces for 2-3 cars I'm available when guests need or have any questions or concerns The property is well situated within a short 15 minute drive to many local destination Gulfport Beach Recreation Area - 5 mins St Pete Beach - 15 mins Treasure Island - 15 mins Downtown St Pete - 15 mins Best way to get around will be a car, the unit has 2 parking spaces available. If your up for the challenge you can attempt public transportation and Ubers/Lyfts. The PSTA's SunRunner takes you from the beach to downtown St Pete.

House was clean and even let us check in a little early so we didn’t have keep our luggage. Would recommend to family and friends. Way to go Fidel.

Instructions were to take keys from lock box and leave second set. I mistakenly thought the lock box was electronically controlled. It was not. The combination is not changed for each guest. If instructions were followed any previous guest could gain access. The beds were not good. One was too low for anyone with mobility problems and the other was so soft you woke up with back pains.
