We had a great one night stay. It was the perfect place to crash for one night. It was clean when we arrived and it had everything that was listed in the ad. It was close to transit to get downtown, which was perfect for us. Thanks again!

Great setting/location. Easy to communicate with host. We live in the country very quietly so had some adjustment to sleeping with upstairs neighbors. Otherwise stay was very nice.

A cozy space with very comfortable beds. Loved the location. We weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space, just bc of our schedule, but it would have been a nice spot to sit outside. We could hear the upstairs tenants sometimes but it wasn’t anything too noisy.

Not aware if the owners live above or if the top is also short term rentals. Every night the people above would be constantly stomping around, and or playing music, or talking very loudly. Could hear everything which kept us up every night till about 2-3am. Cleanliness was bare minimum. Can fit 4 people, if you bring a 5th your bed is a couch, small and not pull out. Circuits would constantly pop which would result in you having to reset the breaker. Shower would get filled/ clogged. Toilet was disgusting. Will not be staying here again

Son and I came from Central Oregon to see a comedy show and attend the Seahawks Bills NFL game. Our stay was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Upstairs neighbor was so nice and helpful. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Julia is the best owner ever. Highly recommend this home and will stay again if the need arises!

First trip to Washington to visit family for 5 days. We weren't sure what to expect, but really enjoyed our trip and stay. When we weren't being driven by family for different experiences, we enjoyed the daily walks to Greenlake, local restaurants and coffee shops. There were also two markets nearby for grocery needs. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

The property is well kept, but communication was a bit lacking. There were not check-out procedures provided, so we did the basics cleaning wise.

The property matched the description perfectly. It was extremely dog friendly. They had toys, treats, dishes, and even a pet bed. The neighborhood was excellent for walking our dog. I use a wheelchair for some mobility issues and easily fit through the doorways. That was a nice surprise! Our only negative was that the larger bedroom is fairly noisy from the upstairs tenants. Human movement and running water were an issue for me. I found a white noise device and used it with some success on the second night. The front bedroom was quieter for our guest. Overall, it was very welcoming and we would certainly use it again. Thank you.

Pros: A great location with lots of amenities. Two generous bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer. Outdoor furniture to enjoy nice weather. Cons: Not as clean as I would have liked. I made the mistake of lifting a couch cushion and found crumbs and debris. Cobwebs had formed in the corner of the ceiling. Also, this is a downstairs conversion with an occupant above. I could hear every footstep above me. This went on until around 1am my first night there. If you are an extremely sound sleeper or a real night owl, this may not be an issue for you.

Everything was thought of! Lots of kid supplies on hand, coffee and spices! Very comfortable and the location was great! We walked to pizza, gelato, and the awesome Wick coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again.

We were happy with the location and the parking situation. Beds were comfortable, pillows comfortable, extra pillows looked like and smelled like pillowcases needed a wash. We would have thought the suite was nice IF it had been properly cleaned. Bathroom - pee stained toilet pedestal, shower walls covered in soap scum from top to bottom, exhaust fan full of webs and dust (months worth) mold in the upper cabinet, runny stains of "?" on the bathroom door and wall by trash can, yellow stain on ceiling with HAIR in it, Kitchen - dirty microwave, dirty oven, spider webs (months worth) over the washer, Bedrooms - have not been vacuumed under the beds (looks like for months), Living room, webs on the ceilings and in the corner over the plant at the front door. My $70 cleaning fee should be refunded. I have done residential and commercial cleaning for a living. This was NOT GOOD enough. Would you like to see the photos?

Beautiful space, close to a lot of cute spaces. Upstairs neighbours were loud and woke us up, every morning, and host was a bit hard to get a hold of when we had an issue. But it was resolved easily when we did get a hold of them. Overall good stay, really enjoyed it!

Perfect for our short family visit. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living area. A little dark if we were going to spend much time there, But we’re there mostly to sleep. Only problem is I never got check in info, so had to contact owner for code in day of arrival. Same thing with what was expected before check out. Both caused some anxiety not knowing ahead of time. But owner was very responsive, which of course calmed me down.

Quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. There was a small outdoor patio with a table and chairs. We were able to sit and enjoy the outdoors in the evening after sight seeing all day. Ran into the owners, that live up stairs. Very nice people.

We had a lovely and quick stay in Seattle, and this property was perfect for our family. Charming property and neighborhood, very easy to access public transportation, and close to Green Lake and lots of fun areas to explore. My kiddos are tween/teens now, but I was happy to see there were all sorts of equipment and accommodations for wee ones and pets. Communication was excellent, and we were very grateful for some flexibility when we had some travel changes. We’d absolutely stay here again and will recommend to travelers to Seattle!

The neighborhood is great, and the place was clean. However, it had the typical basement must, and the sound insulation was very poor. We heard every little thing that happened upstairs. It was nicely appointed, though the bed wasn't that comfortable. At the end of the day, we wouldn't stay here again.
