House for 2 to 4 people, 2-star rating, air-conditioned, 40 m² terrace; features on the first floor: 1 main room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom, toilet; on the mezzanine, 2 beds (90 cm wide).
Amenities: 2 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, (fridge-freezer), barbecue.
Residence with a pool (reserved for residents and seasonal guests), tennis court, pétanque court, table tennis, children’s playground, and private parking in front of the house.
