Welcome to 2133 Beach Wood, a luxury 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom golf villa in the Destination Amelia Vacation Rental Collection. Across the street from the beach and located within the award-winning Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), our beautiful, fully-renovated villa is just steps from the nearest of three complex pools and within walking distance of restaurants, a spa, shopping village, mini golf, nature center, and playground!
Come enjoy an exquisite beachside vacation in our fully equipped, refurnished villa, which showcases Florida luxury living at its finest. Enter through a manned security gate and weave towards your private home under the stunning live oak tree canopy to reach the Beach Wood complex. With peek-a-boo views of Red Maple Lake and the Omni's Little Sandy Short Course, 2133 Beach Wood has been thoughtfully updated and professionally decorated with comfort in mind.
Stroll out to the beach and enjoy the 3.5 miles of private, picturesque resort shoreline. Each hour brings gorgeous views, from the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean at dawn all the way till sunset's cotton-candy skies.
This two-story end unit is set up like a townhouse, with the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom, and laundry on the downstairs level and the three bedrooms, full bathrooms, and a private balcony on the upstairs level. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a large family or two smaller families: a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two doubles in the third bedroom. When it's time to host, the large living/dining area opens onto a private, back patio.
The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
A quick 20-minute drive north on the island will take guests to the Fernandina Beach Historic District, where they will find a variety of boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. In addition, major points of interest like Fort Clinch, Talbot Island State Parks, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, and Egans's Creek Greenway offer countless sights and trails for exploring. For golfers, there are multiple courses nearby, including Little Sandy on the resort.
Free high-speed Wifi is available to all our guests, which is especially helpful for those working remotely or attending a conference at the Omni hotel.
For your ease and security, our luxury rental uses a digital door lock for access, which requires a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay. This allows travelers to arrive whenever is most convenient for them after 4 p.m.
Our villa does consider dogs, and your furry companions will especially enjoy the resort's six miles of walking trails. Please note all dogs must be approved by management and there are size and breed restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions, and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

However, all three Beach Wood complex pools and the resort dining, shopping, bike rentals, spa services, and parks are accessible with this stay. Our family vacations quite a bit and I have to say this house was one of the best we have stayed at.
The layout of this home was perfect for my wife and I and our 4 kids. Each room had its own bathroom/shower which was really convenient.
The living room and kitchen area were neat and felt very comfortable. The walk to the beach was 5-6 min but it was an easy walk. We rented a golf cart and bikes from Amelia’s wheels which is at the front of the resort by the shops. Side note…..The golf carts went very slow (max 12 mph) so We didn’t use it very long.
The property management company was really informative and the communication was outstanding.
We absolutely will stay here again!
