About this house rental

Updated and clean townhome in an ideal location- perfect for a visit to Penn State and only a 10 minute drive to campus and Beaver Stadium. We are right next door to the award winning Mountain View Golf Course, with Tussey Mountain Ski Area just around the corner. Historic Boalsburg is a half mile away with several options for dining. A lovely nature walk winds through the neighborhood to an adjoining open space and playground. We offer accommodations for 8, in a comfortable 3 bedroom space, with an additional Queen bed in the lower level. The perfect spot to stay for whatever you plan to do in the Centre County region!

The townhome was just as described! Great location close to Penn State for moving our daughter into school! Plenty of room, clean, excellent communication! We have already booked another stay!!

I recently visited for a golf trip to the State College area. This property is conveniently located close to everything we played and was roughly 1 minute to the Mountain View Clubhouse. The property is also close to Happy Valley Brewing, which is always a must stop for our group. Ownership was very responsive to questions and the property easily accommodated four adults. The basement is very spacious and the master suite is also very spacious. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay just as much as I did.
