THE SPACE

-KITCHEN 1: The large, updated kitchen on top floor is well equipped with- utensils, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, etc. along with all the appliances you will need to make a large family meal on your vacation. Some appliances are A fun retro design- A perfect backdrop for photos and work just as well as any modern appliance.
-KITCHEN 2: The smaller kitchen on bottom floor is equipped with a small set of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, etc. along with all the appliances you will need to make smaller snacks, and specialty drinks on your vacation.

COFFEE & TEA BAR: The coffee and tea bar come with A Keurig, Coffee pot, Electric tea kettle. Plenty of Keurig cups, ground coffee, A large variety of different tea bags, sugar, splenda, creamers, powdered cream, and filters.

DININGROOM: Dining area is upstairs and part of the living room kitchen open concept area. There is A large, handcrafted dining table A beautiful work of art that seats 12 people very comfortably. A roku, so bring your usernames and passwords for your streaming pleasure. For your comfort there is A large couch to sleep on that comes with A memory foam mattress topper and bedding.

We ask that the neighbors peace is respected and that noise is equal to that of the peaceful neighborhood. NO PARTIES We do not allow parties or events our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful NO FIREWORKS Any types are banned in this community NO FIREARMS No discharging firearms at any time. Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 11:00 AM 12 guests maximum NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside. DOGS Please let us know how many dogs you intend to bring so we can properly vet and send the appropriate request for payment. Any pets must be disclosed around time of booking - type of pet, # of pets. They must always be leashed outside, cleaned up after, and well-behaved. Owner responsible for any damage. Policy requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. HOT TUB Use hot tub at your own risk. Use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises. No oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. Cover should remain on the hot tub and locked at all times when not in use. Renter agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Do not use hot tub more than 30 minutes at a time. Do not immerse head under water. Supervise children at all times when around the hot tub and do not leave children unattended at any time around the hot tub. Children should not use the hot tub. Do not consume medication, alcohol, or drugs while using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub alone. Do not use the hot tub during a thunderstorm and or lightning. THERMOSTAT Do not lower heat less than 55 degrees to prevent pipes freezing. Do not put anything on or near heaters to prevent a fire. SERVICES A liability waiver signed & insurance must be shown if any services: masseuse, chef, independent contractor etc is provided on property. SNOW Under 3 inches of snow will not be removed. For snow, There is a shovel and salt available for you to use as you wish. 3 inches or more of snow will be professionally removed. This may take time for the snow removal company to clear. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings. By booking the house, you agree that, as the condition your use of the backyard, hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, services, facilities and amenities at your own risk. No candles.Home is not child proof. Do not use the stairs inside of the house keep gate closed. PARKING No more than 6 cars park on site at the same time. No parking on the street. Do not block the driveway that is shared with our neighbor. NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. Renter is responsible for any damages. We expect guests to leave the property in more or less the same condition they found it (in terms of cleanliness, without damage/missing items) - please respect the property. We do not allow reservations made for a group under another person's (not part of group) account. Any check-ins are monitored - if any information (age/size/pets) is falsified and/or undeclared, we reserve the right to eject the group and/or process related charges. We have 4 actively recording cameras overlooking the front door, front driveway, and side driveway which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device system which actively records noise decimal levels. It does not record audio or video only decimal levels to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
