The apartment was quite spacious, modern, and had great views. Overall the place is nice but it’s a shame the apartment is run by a bad management company who doesn’t listen to the guests.

Firstly I was overcharged with foreign exchange fees (7% on top of the apartment price), the company uses a third party provider with hidden charges. If you are like me, who has a credit with no exchange or transaction fees, then avoid booking this apartment. I have tried to explain this (more than 10 times) to booking.com and renters.pl (company that runs this apartment) however they don’t understand this. I stayed here for 2 weeks so the fee was very obvious. Also renters.pl is very impersonal, their phone line is just an automated answering service so no one will answer your call, you have to use an App and wait for a response. I asked if I could extend checkout to a couple of hours, they straight said no and then 10 minutes later I received a message offering a discount if I extend my stay. What a joke?!!! They want me to pay an extra night just so I can leave my luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours??? I will definitely avoid booking any hotel or apartments run by renters.pl and don’t book with booking.com if you are booking a place that is not known, there customer service is a waste of time. They don’t care about their customers, they are more concerned with their partners only.
