We had a wonderful stay in Rome, and what stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special touch that we really appreciated was the detailed map provided by the staff. It included the main attractions, directions on how to get around the city, and recommendations for places to eat. We found it extremely valuable and used it throughout our stay. The breakfast experience was also excellent. The staff asked us in advance what we would like and prepared it exactly according to our preferences. A special thank you for the olives, which were not listed on the menu but were generously provided when we asked. These small gestures made us feel truly cared for. Another unique aspect was that breakfast was served on a trolley, which we could take to our room and enjoy in privacy and comfort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptional—spacious, modern, and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and for helping make our trip memorable.

One small point worth mentioning is that, although the room had windows, they faced an internal apartment hallway rather than the outside. Personally, this felt a little claustrophobic at times due to the lack of natural views and daylight. However, since we spent most of our days exploring Rome, it did not significantly affect our overall experience

Digital keys to room doors would be helpful since it saves you from carrying a bulky key around. Room doors should have auto locks when shutting them.

Was very comfortable as 5⭐️ hotel.The place is clean,quiet.The staff and Matteo are great and ready to help with advice about restaurants,historical landmarks ,etc.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome. The room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. We loved the ceiling! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. And the breakfast served in our room on a white linen tablecloth was an appreciated experience.
