Chill Inn Lipa Noi Hostel and Beach Cafe

The property sits right on the beach and it's one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. There's great restaurants nearby as well as good laundry services. The beach bar was incredible. The snack shop was awesome and it was easy to get to lots of places from the Hostel. Super social atmosphere but also very quiet if you needed it to be.

Only thing that I did not like was the bathrooms. I stayed at multiple Chill Inns in the bathrooms were much better at the other locations on the island which is weird because there was a lot more people at this one than the others. I don't think there was enough bathrooms and even though they're cleaned once a day they were still dirty.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and my partner and I loved it here. We stayed in one of the houses (not the main hostel) and it’s in a great location, the beach bar and restaurant was just across the road and just gave a really nice vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to the waiters and everything in between. Great value for money in a beautiful location. We came here as we wanted a quiet couple of weeks and that is what we got as it is a more secluded part of the island. Would come back here without a second thought.

Shops are a fair walk away or a taxi if you haven’t got a bike. Mattress was firm (didn’t cause us any issues but as a preference). As feedback for the owners/staff: I would highly recommend throwing some pictures up on the wall, adding a table outside and just generally adding some homely features, it just feels a little bit empty.

Not too convenient, there are no amenities such as hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave or minibar(no free coffee), kettle for hot water, only water that is free there
