Very helpful, polite, and fluent English-speaking staff. The room was clean, well-designed, comfortable, and featured great lighting alongside a nice large balcony with greenery. The breakfast was a small buffet, but very delicious and healthy.
Soundproofing could be much better. The entrance door is thin with a gap at the bottom, so light and hallway noise get right into the room. There is also a church with bells nearby and a road right below. Missing amenities: no bathrobes, no shaving kit/foam, and no coffee in the room.

It's a nice hotel with amazing views of the main Cathedral and the city, especially at night.
The aircon in the room was almost impossible to control. In the end I think it actually stopped working at all. It's a bit out of the way but taxies to other areas are cheap and reliable so not really a problem.

The fact that i wanted to stay a bit more for 1-2 hours, was ready to pay but they have told me that in that case i needed to pay for a full day price
