The host was very communicative and helpful, the self check-in was very easy and I was allowed to leave my luggage before & after check-in. The apartment was spotless, it has everything you need & a super cool haven after a day in the scorching Hanoi sunshine! The neighbourhood was really awesome, lots of places for coffee and delicious food - would recommend Oleoleo cafe, and Bahn mi pate cot den hai phong :-) really perfect place

Phòng ngủ rộng rãi. Các thiết bị ( như TV, nóng lạnh, tủ lạnh...) hơi cũ nhưng sạch sẽ. Đáng tiếc là TV dùng chương trình FPT Play chỉ xem được kênh cơ bản( VTV 1), không xem được bóng đá trong giải U 23 Châu Á. Wifi có tốt.
Là TV đó, không xem được U 23 Việt Nam đá, hơi buồn phải xem trên điện thoại. Nhưng với giá phòng như vậy, có được như vậy, là tốt rồi!

Good communication from host. Able to self check in. Can use washing machine at ground floor
There was no curtains in the room which in the evening when turn on lights gave lack of privacy. I reported this to host who said its not an issue, I disagree. Had to make a make shift curtain to the balcony door
