More or less a decent renovation. There are dishes and a kitchen. The air conditioner works.
There are three things that were not good.
First, the address on Google Maps is wrong. The map takes you to a different place. It’s nearby, but not the exact house.
Second, the house number is listed as 25, but in reality it is number 15. We could only find the correct place after calling the owner.
Third, there is a water pump in the toilet that increases water pressure for the whole house. It is very loud and runs for about one hour, three times a day — at 6 PM, 3 AM, and 6 AM. Closing the bathroom door does not really help, the noise is still strong.
These three issues are easy to fix. The owner could update the location on Google Maps, correct the house number, and add a small soundproof wooden partition around the pump to reduce the noise and make it more comfortable for guests.
