Da Tree Homestay

The landlord was very welcoming and a kind old man. The room was excellent value for money. The landlord helped me with my luggage, and they waited for me even though I arrived too late on my first day. The room was generally very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room wasn't very clean and had cockroaches, but given Vietnam's climate, I guess that's unavoidable. The toilet is in an outdoor corridor. It's been quite uncomfortable these past few days due to the extremely high temperature.

Convenient for short stay. Comfortable bed with good flooring. Located close to the botanical park and many shops. Toilet is interestingly located outside the room at one end of the balcony. Washing machine can be used for free. The balcony serves as a good place to dry your laundry. The room also comes equipped with a kettle for hot water. Overall, the place gave a traditional feel with all furniture and floor made of good solid wood.

For the price you pay, the facilities are not much. There's no fridge and kitchenette. There are other places equipped with all these for better prices. Table and chair are not suited for working on laptop, only for dining.

La gentillesse du gérant, aux petits soins avec vous. La situation géographique (proche du grand lac, du mausolée, des bus...). Le bon rapport qualité/prix.

La propreté moyenne (beaucoup de cheveux parterre). Le bruit environnant (comme un peu partout à Hanoï, les motos, les voitures, les travaux en tout genre... du petit matin jusqu'au soir!). Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.
