The price was good for being so close to main area of blackpool

Need to change windows so that you open them and also install a ceiling fan as the room was very stifling.

Absolutely spotless clean! Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in. Good location, no traffic noise or noisy area and the tv actually works here compared to other b&b’s I’ve stayed in. Host was very welcoming.

I couldn’t fault it

The property was comfortable and quiet despite great location. For £25 it was fine. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

For context the room was £25, I was half expecting a prison cell!! The house is extremely dated and very dark throughout. The host apologised in advance for ‘a small hole in the ceiling’ caused by an electrician, when we arrived it was quite clear there had been a leak and about 1/3 of the ceiling was missing in the bathroom. The bed, bath and sink were clean but the rest of the room could have done with a really deep clean. There was a constant small of cannabis. The weird thing about this hotel is that you could spend a relatively small amount of money and make it really nice and charge more it. If your travelling alone and just need somewhere to lay you head this place is fine, I wouldn’t recommend for kids or families. My 10 year old wasn’t a fan!!
