Place is lovely, landlord and his som are lovely...

Found a weird stain on the floor...the location is a bit of a trek to Pleasure Beach, but ok really...until my tram ticket expired!

The owner was absolutely lovely and so welcoming & the bed was comfortable

I found sometimes the shared bathrooms wasn’t as clean as they could have been, but I guess this is down to whoever used them prior to me.

The owner is very friendly and we were surprised by all the facilities he had in place for our stay. It was also a safe place for families. I will recommend this hotel to other people. We had access to the kitchen and the owner was very helpful. He provided everything to make our visit enjoyable.

Bed was soft and comfy had a tv that worked loved the fact there was a kitchen dining room and living room you could share

Doors look like they need replacing as near our door paint or wallpaper seemed to be peeling didn’t like how cheap the toilet paper felt and the fact you have to bring everything with you to the bathroom when you need it like hand soap the fridge and freezer was absolutely RAMED solid with other peoples stuff so tjere would have been no whwre to put your own stuff was absolutely fine for one night but the absolute max I’d stay is like 2-3 nights and that’s pushing it
