Great location with responsive staff, smooth elevators, and well-equipped amenities including AC, a washing machine, cooking utensils, and pool access. The 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor and nearby cafes are very handy, Publika shopping gallery is close by, and major city attractions are only a 20–40 minute Grab ride away.
The communication around payments could be clearer prior to arrival. I was asked for an unlisted 120 MYR early check-in fee and a 200 MYR cash-only security deposit, which required exchanging money first. While the deposit was returned promptly at checkout, advance notice on Booking.com and written receipts would make the check-in process much smoother. Note that there is no front desk, so coordination happens via WhatsApp.

the guy who hand over the room key to me and agreed for me to late check out. But when I checked out, he only return me $100 deposit out of $200 deposit when I gave him on the day he gave me the key. It is not fair for me.
