    Not recommend, First impression, masuk kena tgok kaki sebab lantai jubin terjongkek mungkin sebab crack, bahaya tajam permukaan, mintak staff tukar bilik dia ckp oky, tapi xd respone, hair dryer kena request sendiri mntk, tingkap kotor giler, bekas lumut, video bukti xdpt upload, tingkap xbole bukak, toilet oky no issues, so far just customer service dgn condition bilik sj teruk, mineral water xd kena jalan ke depan lift utk ambil air tapis sndiri..bhgian park agak susah ad no yg pudar dn xd guidline, breakfast xbrbaloi tmbh better mkn luar, sbb jenis sgt sedikit shja…masa sy dtg tgh renovation bhgian quest counter so agak jauh nk pusing..recommend 100% no at all…

    I formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the incorrect room type provided during my stay from 17 to 18 October 2026. According to my Agoda booking confirmation, I reserved and paid for an Executive King Room with a king-sized bed. The confirmed room type was clearly stated in my booking confirmation, and I specifically selected this room configuration because I was travelling with a baby and required a larger bed for our comfort and convenience. However, upon arrival, I was provided with a room equipped with two separate single beds instead of the king-sized bed specified in my confirmed reservation. This discrepancy was both disappointing and inconvenient, particularly given the needs of my family. I had already lodged a complaint with both Agoda and Regalia Hotel Management but have yet to receive any response. I subsequently raised the matter with the Duty Manager on duty, Ms ***, who informed me that the hotel had received booking details from Agoda indicating an Executive Twin Room rather than an Executive King Room. Following several discussions, the recovery offered by the hotel was a late check-out until 3:00 p.m. In addition, the Duty Manager offered to transfer me to another Executive King Room. However, upon consideration, the condition of the alternative room was very poor and did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. While I acknowledge the offer of a late check-out, I do not consider this an adequate resolution to the issue. The primary concern is that I paid for a specific room type but received a different bed configuration without prior notification or my consent. The apparent miscommunication between Agoda and the hotel operator should not be at the expense of the customer. As a paying guest, I should not have to bear the consequences of discrepancies between the booking platform and the hotel. I made my reservation based on the information provided in my Agoda confirmation and reasonably expected the hotel to honour the confirmed booking. This disappointing experience has significantly undermined my confidence in the hotel’s service standards and customer service. Regrettably, this will be my last stay at this hotel, and I will not recommend it to others based on my experience.
