Charlotte's Cottage, a Charming Cotswolds Getaway

Great location to access many Cotswolds attractions as well as lovely walks around the area. The property had been refreshed and updated since our last visit just a few years previously. The host was very helpful.

Charlotte's cottage is lovely. We stayed for two nights with our daughter and son in law exploring the area on a holiday from Australia. We loved the novelty of staying in such a beautiful little cottage. It has a great kitchen with everything needed to prepare a main meal which we did in the evenings. Parking is easy very close by and we could pull up for a short time right in front of the cottage to unload. The beds and seating in the lounge room were very comfortable. The heating worked well and was easily adjusted. The steps inside are steep but add to the charm of the cottage. Anyone with mobility problems would struggle with the stars.

The beds are described as extra large double, which in my experience with booking.com would be what we refer to in Australia as king size. The beds in this cottage are both Australian queen size. It wasn't an issue for us but if you are specifically looking for the largest size double usually available (king size in Aus) these are not.

Lovely comfortable quaint cottage, heating worked well and kept us cozy great kitchen facilities plenty of hot water some useful books for itinerant thankyou
