Apartment in monumental square Madrid Center

The owners were very friendly. They responded within minutes to my question.

The location was unbeatable, right between Sol and the Royal Palace. You get the full center-of-Madrid experience without the chaos: quiet at night, and surrounded by great food options. The apartment itself was spacious and the AC was fully functional, which made a huge difference during the Madrid heatwave. Check-in was smooth and accommodating. I’ve been to Madrid more times than I can count and stayed in a wide range of hotels in the center, and this was the best place I’ve stayed, hands down.

Location - closed to shops and restaurants and is easily accesible by taxi. Comfortable beds, location is relatively quiet. Eduardo communicated well and gave clear check-in/out instructions. Excellent A/C, water pressure and shower drainage.

The towels need replacing because it already has a smell. Pillows could be better with 2 pillow cases instead of just 1. The neighbors above were always noisy late at night but without their noise it is a quiet place despite being by the main road. You dont hear cars at all.

Everything was great! Amazing location, clean, air conditioned, nice decoration, very responsive host.

The ceiling was a bit uncomfortable as you could easily hit your head if you were not careful but nothing that you can do about it as this is the design of the house and it is shown in the pictures too!
