Location and the condo was really nice

The only thing i didn’t like was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so soft that I couldn’t sleep in it. It hurt my back the first night and I was miserable the next day.

Unit was not cleaned when we arrived. Had to make calls to get housekeeping to come. We had to wait there while they did their work. Awkward Balcony doors need handles due to their weight A/C went out one night and needed repairs next day There is no sign indicating if sliding doors are left open for a period of time it will shut down the A/C Sink stopper in the second bath is stuck closed Switches to the lights and fans were confusing. Labels would be helpful No directions of how to off load luggage easily. Finally discovered the owners level. Used the handicap spaces to unload Suggest installing elevator lights on each floor to indicate which elevator has arrived

The condo was awesome. The location was awesome. We really enjoyed the condo it was nice and clean and spacious.

The parking issue! We came in late so we went to purchase a parking pass the next morning and were told that the office personnel was off for the holiday weekend and NOT to worry about the parking pass; so we didn't. Well Sunday as we were headed out to eat dinner we had a yellow notice on the windshield that read "without a parking pass your vehicle WILL BE TOWED" This added stress to our stay as we had to call to make sure it was communicated to the towing guys about the parking pass. The ice maker in our unit didn't work; also the host didn't communicate with me about the coffee pot being the regular kind and not taking pods; I sent a email asking about it two days before our arrival. The communication was off for weekend.
